PARTY WALL MATTERS

The Party Wall Act prevents building work undertaken by one neighbour undermining the structural integrity of shared walls or neighbouring properties. It is also designed to avert and resolve potential disputes with neighbours.

Inscope are experienced in dealing with Party Wall matters and fully understand as party wall surveyors we provide a specialist role in resolving disputes between neighbours under the Act. Party wall surveyors have a duty to the Act rather than to the individuals appointing them and they resolve matters in dispute in a fair and practical way. Inscope are experienced in fulfilling Building, Adjoining and Agreed surveyor roles.
