As a Fellow Member of the RICS, Matt’s expertise covers property portfolio management including Initial client discussion and goal setting, through to data capture and survey, data analysis and providing recommendations to meet corporate and individual strategic .As a chartered Building surveyor Matt has undertaken the full range of services including specification, contract administration and project & programme management; and has professional experience in dilapidations, asset condition & maintenance surveys and party wall matters, as well as construction health & safety experience as a lead & principal designer, works compliance advisor and small works
