CONDITION AND ASSET MANAGEMENT SURVEYS

Condition surveys are often undertaken on behalf of property owners who need to understand the condition pf their buildings at a particular moment in time. The survey identifies current defects, and provides a snapshot of the commercial aspects in correcting these defects over a period of time.
